Amazing location on top of the hill - near Batavia loop. Great view, Great Hospitality and had great Vegetarian food. Me and my wife had a lovely time there. Staff was also very friendly, co-operative and went above and beyond for giving us the best possible service.

First of all, the best experience u can avail at this price point.The staff is very friendly. Rooms were provided with heaters, without any additional charges unlike some other hotels.The view from their View Rooms is exquisite.Overall loved this place, will visit again.

This hill resort is located at an perfect location from where you can witness the beauty of Darjeeling. The Batasia loop is visible right from the window along with the peeks of the Himalayan ranges and the valleys of Darjeeling. When booking your rooms ask for the valley view side of the hotel for experiencing although it is a subject to availability but u would be lucky if you get so. Overall staff is co-operative and Dinner is quite good . Rooms are also spacious and room service is also very good. I have had an overall nice experience 😀. Enjoyed the stay at Darjeeling. Looking forward to come again here.

Great hotel with helpful staff. The rooms on one side open to views of Kanchenjunga, but unfortunately we didn't get to see due to the clouds.Food tasted good and the staff was happy to accommodate some of our special dietary requirements.Rooms were very clean, bathrooms new and linen fresh.Will definitely recommend to others and look forward to another stay in winter.

When I first walked into the lobby I was blown away by the sunset view they had from the big window in there.The rooms were very good.The room service was also good.The variety of food they served in the buffet was more than enough and it was tasty as well.So, I would recommend people to avail the buffer offer if you're going to stay here.Overall it was a very good experience.The only minus point about this resort would be it's location. It's quite far away from Darjeeling and the taxi fees to travel back to the hotel are exorbitant.

Great views. The staff at the restaurant accommodate vegetarian and spice-free options. The approach to the hotel is a steep path and can be difficult for people who are not expert drivers.

Dreamy location away from the humdrums of Darjeeling. Heavenly view of Kanchenjunga from room. Good food, can improve service quality at room service. Wonderful front desk and staff behavior. This property is a hidden gem.

One word description - Mesmerizing!The location is absolutely fantastic with the view of Batasia Loop and the kunchejanga Range. (Rooms - 403 to 409) . We stayed in 406The rooms are cozy and very well appointed. Coincidence was ,we booked (through MMT) the 3 bedded premium room with Valley view since no other rooms were available. Fortunately the hotel offered us the 406 that I mentioned. (Valley view rooms offer you the parking view).Food - Will rate it as 4. It was good. Not too expensive and the portions that was offered was good for 2 people.The breakfast offered as complementary is also pretty decent . All the staff were really courteous and well behaved.

The hotel is good. the food of the hotel is excellent. The only problem is to reach the hotel as it is 5 km away from the city center and the can charges 700 in off season and 1000 in on season. That is the major draw back from here.

One of the best resorts in darjeeling. Views are one of the best you can get. However locating the place can be a bit troublesome for travellers going for the first time. Hope the management uses some signposting on the way to guide tourist to reach there easily. Other wise everything else is great. Breakfast menu can be improved.

The Resort have good view points Batasia loop and Kanchenjunga. Staffs are really friendly and polite. Please do experience this resort. Would love to come back again.

This property is pocket permitting. The service was too good. I really enjoyed the hospitality. Great view from rooms, batasia loop and mountain Kanchenjunga. They made our stay memorable which will never fade. Thanks to the entire team. Keep this up.

Our stay was extremely comfortable! The rooms were spacious, properly maintained with a great view of the mountains. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food was really good too. Would highly recommend

Amazing view from our room. The staff is excellent and they have that personal touch. The food prepared by the chef is outstanding. Overall the property is fantastic and it’s definitely a must visit if you are in Darjeeling and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Eagerly awaiting for my next trip there. Cheers!!
